I\u2019m a Systems \/ Network Administrator by trade, but I have always enjoyed cooking. In 2007, I took a break from IT and attended culinary school at Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, a former Le Cordon Bleu school (more info here<\/a> and here<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n This website serves mainly as an electronic cookbook for my wife Stephanie and I.
