{"id":338,"date":"2020-04-19T10:16:44","date_gmt":"2020-04-19T08:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ericscookbook.com\/?page_id=338"},"modified":"2020-06-20T09:20:48","modified_gmt":"2020-06-20T07:20:48","slug":"chocolate-chip-cookies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ericscookbook.com\/index.php\/recipes\/chocolate-chip-cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Chip Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Yield: 30 cookies<br>Time: 2 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g Butter<br>120 g Sugar<br>120 g brown Sugar<br>2 eggs (L)<br>1 tsp Vanilla Extract<br>300 g Flour<br>\u00bd tsp Baking Soda (Natron)<br>1 tsp Salt<br>200 g Chocolate Chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 175\u00b0C (350\u00b0F)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a stand mixer at medium-low speed, cream butter and sugar together thoroughly.\u00a0 Add eggs one at a time and\u00a0mix until fully incorporated.\u00a0Add vanilla extract and mix in thoroughly.\u00a0Scrape down the sides of the mixer bowl.
