My name is Eric and I love to cook.
I’m a Systems / Network Administrator by trade, but I have always enjoyed cooking. In 2007, I took a break from IT and attended culinary school at Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, a former Le Cordon Bleu school (more info here and here).
This website serves mainly as an electronic cookbook for my wife Stephanie and I. But I also wanted to share recipes with friends and family, so I started this website.
